Is it possible to have a party without your parents finding out? And is it a good idea?

No i can't make a party and my parents are not in the house because:
- it's possible somthing happens such as fire or somthing like that .
- I respect them so i'll never do somthing without tell them .
-and if i did i am sure that they'll punish me .
So i don't thing that it is good idea .

Hi SARAH K,
Good point! Parties cost money! In your comments please don't use only CAPITAL LETTERS. On the internet if you use capital letters it's as if you're shouting.
Thanks a lot, Jo (LearnEnglish Teens Team)

I can invite my friends over to our place even if my parents are not at home and find it out later. They are happy to meet my friends and don't mind us having a good time unless we don't mess up the place.

(By the way, I liked the topic and the excercises very much!)

Hi Jerry,

It sounds like your parents are quite relaxed - that's good! I'm really happy you liked the video and exercises. And you used some of the phrasal verbs in your comment - congratulations!
