my favourit meal is lunch because I love to eat an entrance, a main course and a dessert and you can´t do this in the breakfast or the dinner and also is a good way to spend time with your family and talk about what happened along the day.

Hi MALINE! Good question. You can put a comma before and, but , because and so but it's also correct without a comma. It depends on how long the sentence is. A comma helps to break a long sentence into smaller parts so it's easier to digest. One way to decide if you need a comma is to read the sentence aloud. If you make a short pause before the conjunction, then use a comma when you write the sentence. The comma in writing is like the pause in speaking.

I don't have a certain meal to be my favourite. This depends on what I'll eat . When the breakfast have food that I like then I prefer the breakfast . and the same with lunch. So everyday it changes! :D
