One of my teachers says that the best rest is changing activity, it means that, for instance, we should do math after language and other subjects one by one when we are preparing for exams.
It's like studing at school. We are taking a lot of exams now (I have 5: 3 have been passed, 2 haven't been yet), so I think that it's a good tip.
Also, all my teachers advise us to sleep well before important day. Sometimes it's impossible, and everybody knows it.

I think the best method is to balance your studies and your hobbies. Without overworking yourselves you can get results you wished for BUT for that you should keep not just balance in your grades but balance in your mind. Your work isn't finished with last school'bell but does it so bad?If you find what you like and what may come in handy in future - concentrate on that. Keep learning and don't repeat the same exercise again and again, it will just make you feel like your mind is gonna explode. If you understood material you should continue learning next.Human brain is stronger than you think. Good luck!

Hi gianggiangphi,
We publish all the comments that don't break any of our House Rules . We try to publish all comments within 24 hours and usually it's a lot faster than that.

My teacher said that:
The more you learn, the more you forget.
So, the best way to prepare for the exam : " studying nothing"
(I am just kidding. Don't do like that)

Yep. But she doesn't teach me any more.
The best way I do to prepare for my exam is studying nothing and sleep early in the previous day. This is very effective. You should try.
(But you have to make sure that you have learned hard and calm down)

How do you overcome your nerves before the exam? This has led to many problems in my previous exams. Although there are 9 days to my exam, I feel nervous!

Well for you to overcome your nerves before exams you have to:
1.you have to stay away from social network for sometime and have
time for your books
2.always ask question in classes
3.check your dictionary for some words you don't understand.
with this clues you will be able to be sure of your self before exams.
Don't forget all work and no play makes jack a dull boy. just have fun, but not too much.

I'm a prep class student and I've 22 hours for English at school. I've 3 teachers; 1) Native Speaker, 2) Skills Teacher 3) Grammer teacher. They say:
-You have to learn English and more than 1 language.
-Study every day and regularly!
-Never give up!
-Read stories etc
-Make listening practice with songs
-Try to talk in English every time...
.
.
.etc...
