Your brain needs plenty of water to stay hydrated. If you don’t drink enough water, you may feel tired or get headaches.
Don’t drink too many drinks with caffeine such as colas or tea and coffee. If you drink too much caffeine you will find it difficult to sleep well at night. Drink fruit juices and herbal teas instead.

Yes, we're allowed to drink water, and I always have one bottle of water with me during the exams. When I can't remember something, I drink it and somehow I get the right answer:).

yes we are allowed to drink water .. :)
and believe me drinking water really helps you during the exams.. :)

p.s. I love drinking coffee , but I like tea too.. :)

Did you mean to say you 'started' drinking green tea?
You're right that green tea is healthier than coffee. I think I should drink less coffee and more green tea too. Thanks! :)
