Your brain needs plenty of water to stay hydrated. If you don’t drink enough water, you may feel tired or get headaches.
Don’t drink too many drinks with caffeine such as colas or tea and coffee. If you drink too much caffeine you will find it difficult to sleep well at night. Drink fruit juices and herbal teas instead.

I used to drink coffee a lot ,then I found that I just get used to it quickly .and I know that it isn't good for me. so I stopped drinking green tea now,more healthy.

Did you mean to say you 'started' drinking green tea?
You're right that green tea is healthier than coffee. I think I should drink less coffee and more green tea too. Thanks! :)

yes we are allowed to drink water .. :)
and believe me drinking water really helps you during the exams.. :)

p.s. I love drinking coffee , but I like tea too.. :)

I like drinking coffee,too. But I don't like strong one. Just cappuccino. I even use some healthy elements to make coffee sweet instead of sugar. But now I try to drink more green tea and ecpesially water and less coffee.
