Your brain needs plenty of water to stay hydrated. If you don’t drink enough water, you may feel tired or get headaches.
Don’t drink too many drinks with caffeine such as colas or tea and coffee. If you drink too much caffeine you will find it difficult to sleep well at night. Drink fruit juices and herbal teas instead.

good idea! I drink water between the lession hours
I used to drink coffee a lot ,then I found that I just get used to it quickly .and I know that it isn't good for me. so I stopped drinking green tea now,more healthy.

I like drinking coffee,too. But I don't like strong one. Just cappuccino. I even use some healthy elements to make coffee sweet instead of sugar. But now I try to drink more green tea and ecpesially water and less coffee.

Yes i drink a lot of water before my exams
I drink lemon water while studying. It's quite refreshing and at the same time it adds energy (well, to me ^^)
i do not drink a lot of water,but i know it is important for our health. :)
