No way that you can avoid being nervous but in three cases. The first case : if you study enough and plan your time before the exam, you will never be nervous anymore. The second case : if you practice enough and check your answers, you will be more comfortable. The third case : don't let anyone to make you nervous and try to high your core and don't let anybody shake it. Believe in yourself and you will be successful. Those are the advices and sorry for making it very long. Good luck !
I tend to get a little bit nervous before a test depending on which subject it is about. A tip is to make sure that you have studied enough so that you know the answers deep down. Right before a test you're always going to feel like you don't know anything but if you have practiced the test will go great!
I used to get nervous in the exams but now I don't. I think that to avoid being nervous in the exams I have to practise very well. So whenever I practise and study well before any exam, I feel that I have done my best so no need to be worried ... In addition to that, if I didn't know the answer of a question I just ignore it for a while and answer the rest of the questions before thinking of an answer for this question again.
MArk~ you're right!
