Remember that the best way to improve your reading is to read as much as possible. Reading web pages, magazines, comics, graphic novels or song lyrics is all good practice.

I am not native english speaker, when i read the paragraph i feel easy but fail to get good marks in reading exam !! , it little bit hard for me, some times it will take more time to understand the paragraph but have to practice to do in less time.

i have lot of problem while reading.
i don't understand that sentence in which there is new word is using.
i get bore after reading lines.
so how can i improve my reading skills.

Hi mbyk! Welcome to LearnEnglish Teens. Reading in another language is hard at first but don't worry. The more you practise, the more you'll improve.

You're doing exactly the right thing when you see a word that you don't know - look at the sentence and context and see if you can guess what the writer is saying. And if you still don't know, use a dictionary. That way, you'll learn lots of new vocabulary as you improve your reading skills.

Have you tried our Reading skills practice section? I think you could do A2 level reading. If that's OK for you, try B1 level for something more challening. Good luck and tell us how it goes!

i read very well but i can't understand, when i'm reading any passage or like any article i read perfectly .but the main problem is i did not understand what i read the passage.please suggest some reading tips and

I am good at reading exam. I am often get nervous before reading for mark. I haven`t got problems with reading. Just practice a lot and reading will be perfect. I really enjoy reading. It is the best way to improve your dictionary, to learn something new and useful, to discover world of fantasy...
