Hi Natascha! I'm not a fashion expert but I will try to answer your question. A top is casualwear and it often has short sleeves or no sleeves at all (just like in the picture in the game). A blouse is more formal - you might wear a blouse if you work in an office. It has long sleeves and looks like a shirt. Oh, and it's only for women.

Hi Shayta, a hoodie is similar to a jumper bit it has a hood that you can pull over your head like a hat.  Very convenient if it's cold. I think only teenagers wear hoodies!
