How do you like to keep fit? Do you often go for a run or go swimming?

I keep fir by playing basketball. I almost every day play basketball, but sometimes if I feel illness in my legs I can't play basketball but I can to train on horizontal bar to keep fit.

I keep fit by walking and running sometimes. I don't go for a run very often, because it's so cold in my country now and I go swimming just in summer.

I keep fit by walking, running, riding, kicking... Yes, I run every morning for one hour, I swim only when is summer. The water is better than in winter. :)

I so stretching of all sorts to increase my height and it also helps me to build up my flexibility , Due to which i take an active part in sports. Playing badminton trains your bicep muscles , But then you need to play it frequently otherwise you would be facing muscle cramps.
I also prefer to ride a bike and jog in my garden. But i ensure not to drink too much water before i run otherwise it would shake up in my stomach .I also dont come directly under the fan after exercising because its not good for health. I let the sweat evaporate because it gives a cooling sensation. :)

I run every morning at week-end about an hour, it's easy and doesn't take much time, but the results are really amazing. And I also swim at week-ends, and I play tennis, but not every week-end, but at least twice a month. I attend dance classes, and it's my favourite activity, which can really help you getting fit. Last month I signed in for zumba classes, and I train modern dance and classic ballet.
