Host: At exam time it is important to sleep well. Today we have Doctor Baker with us in the studio and he is going to give us five top tips for getting a good night’s sleep. Welcome to the show, Doctor Baker.
Dr Baker: Thank you. It’s great to be here. Let’s start with tip one. Don’t go to bed with the television on. Some people think they can sleep well with the TV on, but the noise and lights mean you don’t really sleep well, so turn it off!
Tip two: Don’t think too much before bedtime. Do your hardest homework earlier in the evening. Do easier homework later. If your brain is too busy and full of ideas it takes longer to get to sleep.
Tip three: Don’t play video games for an hour before you go to sleep. They also make your brain too busy and active.
Tip four: Turn off your cell phone when you go to bed. What is so important that it can’t wait until the morning? If possible, leave your phone in another room.
Tip five: Play music if you like. But don’t play it too loud. Turn the sound down low.

often i can sleep good .but at weekends not so well ,because i´m sleeping at day too long and therefore i can´t fall asleep quickly.

I sleep well,but sometimes i fear that i won`t wake up.I sleep about seven or eight hours a day.And sometimes i wake up to repeat everything that i learned just to make sure that i don`t forget it.
Aw, I sleep very well all night , but i wake up at the morning if my room is light. It's really difficult for me because i fell sleep so late and i wake up early when sun is going on. so i sleep about 3-5 hours

I think maybe I didn't sleep well this week. I stayed up very late (It about 1.30 a.m) And I got up quite early (At about 5.50 a.m). It means everynight in last week, I just slept in 4 hours and 20 minutes. It's a very short time for my body relax. So, I fell tired and my eyes were puff up. I decided to try to sleep earlier . And I thought I'll have a healthy body again.
Sorry to hear this, bunny. I also stay up late but I don't feel tired because I often take a nap at noon.
But, could you tell me the reson why you stay up late ?
1) Study for exam
2) Online social network sites
3) finish your homework
4) watch late film ?
I have a unique tip for light sleepers : Reading the Literature textbook for 15 mins before going to bed. :)
They're the number 1,2 (but I only study English on Internet) and 3. I never watch any films in the school year. What about you?

Yes, I also study online ( not only E but other subjects ), I try hard to catch up with online lessons ( Am I considered a hard working student ?), I don't watch film, too

Me too, sometimes, I sleep like a log at night if I forget to take a nap at noon.In contrary, if I sleep at noon, I stay up late and my eyes open as if they never closed.

I usually sleep late and it's very hard for me that wake up early in the morning! I'm an evening person. I need 8 or 9 hours for night's sleep. and usually tack a nap when I comeback home from school, if I sleep little at night my eyes puff up, and if I have bad night's sleep for long time (1 week or more) I'm depressed!

Yes, getting sound sleep is very crucial for a good health. Luckily, I usually fall asleep in 3 seconds as soon as I sink in bed: un, due, trios! ☆
You know, our brain is working even while we're sleeping. So, for me, eight /nine hour sleep is desirable!!☆

I often sleep well because i take 7 hours to sleep every night to save my health. However, sometimes I have short of sleep because of being worried about finishing all of homework, or watching film late.
