Host: At exam time it is important to sleep well. Today we have Doctor Baker with us in the studio and he is going to give us five top tips for getting a good night’s sleep. Welcome to the show, Doctor Baker.
Dr Baker: Thank you. It’s great to be here. Let’s start with tip one. Don’t go to bed with the television on. Some people think they can sleep well with the TV on, but the noise and lights mean you don’t really sleep well, so turn it off!
Tip two: Don’t think too much before bedtime. Do your hardest homework earlier in the evening. Do easier homework later. If your brain is too busy and full of ideas it takes longer to get to sleep.
Tip three: Don’t play video games for an hour before you go to sleep. They also make your brain too busy and active.
Tip four: Turn off your cell phone when you go to bed. What is so important that it can’t wait until the morning? If possible, leave your phone in another room.
Tip five: Play music if you like. But don’t play it too loud. Turn the sound down low.

. They're so useful. But now, I am working ( it's horrible) I go to the bed so late and wake up early :C about 6 -7 hour even 5. Really I feel like a zombie ;c I miss when I was younger and I did not have to work!
Sometimes I sleep very well but others are imposible because I have hard homework I try to do them early but I always finish late that´s why I go to bed late and sometimes I fell so tired I have to get up very early to go to school
I sleep almost 7 to 8 hours everyday if there's no exam.On exam days,I can't fall asleep because of exam stress.I always stay late at night to study,even I know using midnight oil is harmful for ur exam. I have a strange behavior.I can sleep straightly as soon as my head touch my pillow.Furthermore I can sleep well even I take couple caps of coffee before going to bed.Perhaps,my bed seems to love me so much:)
I ususlly sleep at night for eight/nine hours. When I get really really really tired, I sleep nonstop for over ten hours.

I sleep quite well. I doze off when I return from school for two hours. And at night, I sleep at eleven and wake up at six. Sometimes I don't get sleep quite easily, but my quilts help me a lot!
I try to read a book before sleep.
I usually sleep a lot, but sometimes I can't sleep enough.

I heard that using a smartphone before sleeping time did a harm to a good sleep.

I fall asleep holding my smatrphone... :))

Hello everyone! I used to sleep about only 4-5 hours... It is too little of course. And I noticed that I don't study, work or do something well, that I'm not pretty good at something. So I decided to work on that. It's actually hard, but now i sleep 7-10 hopes and I feel better now)
yes I do, I think I seleep very well, I sleep 8 or 9 hours at night probably
i usually sleep at 10 pm, i don't eat to hard food before 30 minutes.
you should do exercise in the afternoon, you have a good sleep.
I think I sleep well but sometimes I think a lot, I have to do my homewrok tomorrow or today and I worry abou them. I often awake many hours because I chate with my friends ... :p . I always sleep for about 8 hours and doctors always say that you have to sleep 8 hours so I think I sleep well ;)
I think I dont sleep well because I'm so busy studying. On the off-day I always spend much time to sleep.

Ha ha. I even reloaded several times to confirm that it was a new look and not that my phone was showing it differently. He he he.
The new look is great. I really like it. It gives you more wider look. But I loved the previous one more. I guess that's because I was used to it.

I strongly believe that some things in the some food make the sleeping pattern of people irregular and contain some harmful substances that people should not really eat.The purpose of some food companies is only to earn money.As a consequence,they do not care about how quality food they produce or how harmful food they generate.Thus we should be much more careful so that we could be more healthy.
