These advices don't surprise me, because I already knew them. I advise you to do some schemes or to study with a friend that can help you.

To my mind, this teacher summarizes the best things to do. If I had to add something I would say making a little calendar. When I have an exam I try to classify the most important points, for example in two days, so I will spend the time learning that part of the subject without get anxious.
Happy Friday to everyone!

Hi KOTonBOOTS. 'Hydrated' means that your body has enough water to function properly. The opposite is 'dehydrated'. If it's a very hot day and you go a long time without drinking water, you might start to feel ill, and that is called being dehydrated. :)

Oh, thak you very much! It was very kind of you!
When I looked up in my dictionary, the translation was something about chemistry. So, yeah, without your help...

No problem :) Yes, that's another meaning of the word, also related to water!

Thank you for your advice. While studying never listen to songs and never have your mobile phones near you or switch it off.

Thanks for this advice, it will help me, too. I also suggest that taking notes and highlight the important things while you are studying will hel.
