I think that everyone has the same difficulty and challenge, but the difference is that we face and solve the difference in a different way, it is more refreshing and optimistic way. Not like black umbrellas. Umbrellas which is many colourthat are so fresh and beautiful despite the rain

The picture describe a situation that there were a lot of umbrella in black colour, but of the umbrella is in different colour. In my opinion, the picture tell us that do not follow but make different!
In the picture, there are many umbrellas with all grey color. They're under the heavy rain together. And surely, they'll overcome it easily. However, there's just one how colorful. It's alone and rising under the rain. It's more difficult with it than other ones, of course. But it's very stand out, isn't it?

Great thought! But you do realize that we have to change ourselves (our weaknesses, shallowness, dependencies, negativity, narrow-mindedness, vices etc.) first before we can bring about a positive and sustainable change in this world of ours, don't you? Perhaps MKG said, "Be the change you want to see in the world".
