It was my mom who led me to the wonderful world of reading. At the age of 6, reading is something very simple to me. I started by reading a magazine for kids everyday. At first, I hated it. I hated the fact that I had to quit playing in the yard with my friends so that I could spend more time on reading, and, I hated that magazine. But my mom forced me to read it and gradually, I fell in love with reading. I remember how happy I was when I saw the familiar magazine on the shelf after I came back home from school. And no word could describe my excitement when I knew that I was old enough to read a more "mature' magazine. Later, I started to read my mom's books. It was quite confusing, however, because obviously I had no idea which books are suitable for me. My mom, again, helped me by recommending some books for children. Nobody's boy (Sans Famille) was my favourite one and it has always been. The most solid evidence is that I still read it now even when I already have so many books now :)

I don't really remember who introduced me to the world of reading, but I think it was grandma. I'm really thankful to her, because now reading is my favourite free time activity! Thanks grandma! :)

My mother introduced me to reading. "Arthur and The Invisibles" by Luc Besson is special book for me, because my Mum gave it to me and I've read it by myself, without her help at the age of 7 :)

My mother introduced me to reading, since I was around three years old. She used to read me fairytales and tought me how to read them myself. There are so many books that I love. One of my favourite books ever is "The child of the Sixth Moon" by Moony Witcher, an Italian writer. I love this book, because everytime I read it, I feel part of a fantastic world. Classic books are wonderful too. I like "Anna Karenina" by Tolstoy. This book is a masterpiece in every aspect. It impresses me with its narration, the story, the descriptions and the strong characters.
"Pollyanna" and its sequel "Pollyanna grows up" make me feel more happy. Pollyanna is a little girl who plays "The glad game". It means that in every situation she finds a reason to be glad, to smile and to enjoy the best of her life. She's so strong, because the game is so hard sometimes. Pollyanna is an orphan and "The glad game" is the only wealth that she inherited from her father. This unbelieveable girl can change the lives of the other book characters and the lives of readers too, including mine. I read these books whenever I feel down and Pollyana always makes me smile and appriciate what I have.

My adventure with reading started long time ago from my childhood , I was keen on reading short books of advetures like sindibad and all these old stories that used to be given to children making the first steps along the path of reading then with all that studies required of time and effort my pleasure of reading started to fade , reducing the words I read to those required by the teachers , this vacant time have lasted for 3 years then blossomed again my passion of reading french books , and I would thank my french teacher Zakia for that,as she was encouraging us all along the school year to read and to improve our language assuring us that the key of success on french can only be obtained by books we read and she used to suggest titles for us and thereon pupils started to read and to enjoy the several advetures offered to us between the magical lines ... Now I am really an obssessed reader and I can no more imagine my life without books ... My parents too should be thanked for opening my eyes to the magical world of literature by encouraging me and paying me tribute every time they cross me reading as well as affording books for me and making then my dream of having a huge library come true

Why, Rehina? In the option "Transcript" you find the dialogue by video`s characters. And you can look for unknown vocabulary.

"Saludos, amiga".
