Do you do any exercise to keep fit at home?

Exercise and sport are a very important part of our lives and should happen as often as possible.

My favorite exercises are squats, deadlifts and bench presses, but for that you need special equipment that not everyone has access to during a pandemic. We can replace them with other general development exercises, such as pull-ups on a bar or push-ups, which will very well affect the development of our back muscles and involve feeding our hands to work

He exercises regularly, but we should remember to warm up well before any physical activity so as not to get injured.

i think that video is really helpful. i mean, during this pandemic we should really do exercise at home to keep fit.
and, yes I do exercise at home. :)

Yes, I do exercise in the morning to keep fit. I do push ups, squats, exercise with dumbbells and pump the press.
