Host: At exam time it is important to sleep well. Today we have Doctor Baker with us in the studio and he is going to give us five top tips for getting a good night’s sleep. Welcome to the show, Doctor Baker. 

Dr Baker: Thank you. It’s great to be here. Let’s start with tip one. Don’t go to bed with the television on. Some people think they can sleep well with the TV on, but the noise and lights mean you don’t really sleep well, so turn it off!

Tip two: Don’t think too much before bedtime. Do your hardest homework earlier in the evening. Do easier homework later. If your brain is too busy and full of ideas it takes longer to get to sleep.

Tip three: Don’t play video games for an hour before you go to sleep. They also make your brain too busy and active. 

Tip four: Turn off your cell phone when you go to bed. What is so important that it can’t wait until the morning? If possible, leave your phone in another room. 

Tip five: Play music if you like. But don’t play it too loud. Turn the sound down low.

Today by today we've felt down in error celphones and technologies got us in a wrong life
Dr Baker says the right words to get better our lifes so we have to sleep well and dont up load de volumen and turn of the tv and Radio or use a low volumen

Yes, I can sleep well. A good night's sleep depends on stress of mine. I usually sleep about 7 hours in a night. Sometimes, I can't sleep well.So, I take the help of medicine. A good sleep is a prize for me.

Hi, we are Agus, Cris And Abraham from Villalonga in Argentina. Our teacher gave us this listening and we learned a lot. it is a very useful information. we sleep eight hours everyday. We turn off our cell phones before bedtime. Anyone from Argentina?

No, I don't. I go to bed late night and didn't sleep well. I always watch movie before sleep. I know this is bad habit and I'm trying to sleep early and don't think too much before sleep.

Yes, I do. It depends on the contexts. When I have lots of homework, I often study until late night. That days, I have about 6 hours to sleep. But in casually days, I always have 7 hours to sleep.
