My cellphone distract me a lot, but at the same time I need it to study, because I take information from the internet.
To study better I should turn down the volume of youtube. :'(

All over the world students could be distracted from their study. As for me, a smart phone, smart TV, my little brother who asks to play with him and my favourite cat distracts my attention from my work. Also l look aside when my friends call me for a walk.

In my opinion, to begin study as well as possible you should follow the rules. Firstly you need to have a desire to work or study. It should be quite in the room where you are working. The phone and TV must be turned off. Fresh air keeps you awake so you will work more productively. And the main rule: don't begin to play with my kitten. It's very distractind and relaxing.

Finally, if you follow all these rules, then you will start to work more effectively.

In our modern reality, there are many factors that can distract us from our studies. As for me, mobile messages, random thoughts, talks of the people around, some noise made by home animals stop you from working. In my opinion, the only way to deal with these distractors is to limit their influence on your attention in the best possible way. First of all, you need to have a desire to work or study.
To help you I have collected some interesting advice for developing concentration.

So here they are:

1) The most distracting things are our gadgets. You should minimize their use while you're working. If you need some Internet resources to find information, try to limit their list according to your preferences.

2) Use the timer to determine your working time. After the time runs out, you can get a little break for walking or doing some physical exercises.

3) Classic music is a good attention stabilizer. Such music affects our brain in a relaxing way providing an opportunity to concentrate on the current task. Don’t forget to control the volume level!

4) Try not to leave your workspace until finishing the current job. Prepare some food and water before you start your work.

5) Use a rewarding system. Make yourself some small surprises after every successful task performance. This step will give you some additional motivation to do your best at another time. The less distracted you are, the better prize you should have.

6) In the morning your productivity can be much better. At this time of day, a lot of information has not yet "entered" your brain, so you can study and not get distracted by random thoughts.

agree with you for number 5. i tried to use rewarding system. i study and as a reward i gave myself few minutes in front of tv every 20 minutes studying. it didn't work though. at first it worked, then hours later, i ended up watching tv and didn't get my materials. maybe the reward shouldn't be watching tv or checking my phone or anything to do with gadgets.
and number 6 actually works so well to me. i never study much on the day before exam, i just flip trough pages, but in the morning i revise it again.

I think mobile phone, music, T.V and radio stop me from working. First, to start work , I put my pet outside. Next I Have something to eat and drink on my table. Finally I turn off my massages of the phone.

The TV, of course, my favourite joy is watching TV. The TV has sounds, vivid images, cute characters,...and I can't stop myself. I'll turn off the TV, and I need a boring sound to make my lesson more interesting.

I guess that If I want to study : 1.I should avoid from loud sounds;
2.I should find a quiet place;
3.I shouldn't listen to music.

My mom or dad speaking to me distract me most of all. I also can't relax and concentrate on work when I have some other very important work to do. So, if I have cleaned my room (my mom asked me in the morning), then I can focus and study attentively.

I'm worried about my studies. My pet diverts my attention from study. I get distracted by music and computer games or TV. My mobile phone prevents me from concentrating on my lessons. My friends draw my attention away from my reading. I can’t refuse my brother for help him. My brother asks me to play with him. My stomach is making me go into the kitchen and eat. I also managed to solve these problems and I will share my tips:
1. First of all you need to turn off your music and mobile phone.
2. Second, you should to have an apple and water because our study studies exhaust us.
3. Take the pet out of the room.
4. You have a clean room, well because you will feel good and easy to focus But! If you don't have a clean room you will feel uncomfortable and focus on your studies will be harder.
5. There is my last advice. You must have desire to study. When you want to learn, it will be easier for you to understand and learn any of the subjects. This will help you a lot in learning and performing various actions.

Thank you for reading my post, I hope that I could help you! Learn well! Good Luck!

If I love studying at that time, I will concentrate to study. Nothing can prevent us from studying.
