I use Google Maps
When I got lost in town or city I usually look at
Google map app or ask some people to help me.
I call my family and they tell me the way out
when i get lost, the first thing i do is take out my phone and go to de Google Maps app, and when i dont have my phone i ask to other people for directions
Thanks for posting about this, I would love to read more about this topic.
l search for a map, l can aks people for directions or l can borrow for a mobile phone to call my parents
I ask the person I consult for directions on how to get to a public building close to where I am going.
if I am going to somewhere that I dunno, probably, I took my cellphone with me:) but if I can't find the place where I going to, I ask the people about there
I usually use the Google Maps app to get the direction on my journey, and it's very useful. But in the case, my phone is out of battery, and I get lost in a town or a city, I think I'll ask the locals first. They'll take me some directions to reach my destination. Occasionally, normal passerby people can give me vague information. But to be sure of that, I'll approach any traffic police. Traffic police have the latest knowledge on the roads, traffic, and routes. They will give the exact route of how to reach my destination.
I open Google maps and I haven’t got a problem
Ask for help from a citizen or official
I talk to people, they are normally helpful and I try looking for somewhere that is open like shop,gym...and just go in and explain the problem.
I ask the people who live in that city or town the address that I look for or I make use of technology and I look for the address
Hello teachers,
Can you please tell me is there any difference between these two sentences?
1. It is the building next to the shop, opposite to the cinema.
2. It is the building next to the shop opposite to the cinema.
I also want to ask, how do we know that whether the word 'opposite to the cinema' is used for the shop or the building? In other words, which is opposite the cinema? Building or the shop.
Thank you
Hi Roxy9565,
1. It is the building next to the shop, opposite to the cinema. The building is opposite the cinema.
2. It is the building next to the shop opposite to the cinema. The shop is opposite the cinema.
We know this because of the comma.
Hope that helps!

I got lost in a town or city for many times. I feel worried at that time. Then I ask someone for help or search on the google map or use GPS. Using the google map is most useful to me. I mostly use it. But ask to someone is helpful too if they help me greatly and kindly.
