Hi bilko. Those two phrases have the same meaning and in general you can use either one.
There's a small difference in usage: 'go straight on' is often used after some place that you mention (e.g. 'After the traffic lights, go straight on') and I think 'go straight ahead' is less common for this.

If I don't know the way to go to the cinema, I will ask my dad for help cuz in Vietnam there is no free wifi to use Google Maps
I would look for a map of the city on the internet
I usually use google map, or asking people. Sometimes i call my parents for asking directions..
I would tell a policeman if he could help or if he would not ask people
I would look for a map or ask for help to the first person I see
i would take my phone and search in google maps
If I got lost in any city, I would ask for indications or I would call my family by phone
Usually, I open my Google map...
I ask for help with a person.
I try to ask the police to help me.
i look for help with a police
Well, if I have a cellphone with internet I search the location to the place I wanna go, but if I don't have one, I look for someone to ask him to tell me some directions to the place that I want to go.
I look for help with the police
I see where I am, and I call to my mom.
I call my mom, if she doesn't answer I call my father, but if he doesn't answer I call my sister and finally if no one answer my call I just open waze and walk around.
I would seek help from other people
When I´m lost the first that I make is check on my phone the map and check where I am, then call my mom or my dad and say them that I´m lost and that come for me.
I use my cellphone or I ask someone the name of the street.
I usually use my phone, and search maps or call my mom
Now knowing the directions I will not lose when I ask and they tell me if it is on the right or left
Usually, before traveling I look for a map or use GPS, in this way I know the place. In any case, if I get lost, I ask someone how to get to my destination.
I always look for someone who is close and ask how to get there.
Depends on the situation, if I do not know where I am then I would go to the police or the other would be to mark someone to pick me up where I am or that a person would give me directions to a police station to mark my mom.
I nedd your help in English
I just call my mom, if she doesn't answer I call may older sister but if she doesn't answer I finally call my dad, but in case that no one answer me I just walk around and open WAZE.

Usually, I open my Google map...
When I get lost I try to look for help, but if I don't find my mom or dad I use my phone to call them and go with them.
This activity help me to know about the direction, some new words to use when I use a car. Because I don't want to get lost in my town, because I usually tell my mom the streets but I don't remember. This is very helpful in my daily life to know where can I go and the specific names to now know it.
I try to taking help from traffic police otherwise try to find out my way by google map.
