i think that she's playing a pretending game of some sort,prehaps she's a teacher trying to teach children about the human body,and messed up the papers, that she now looks really silly!
She can't see all 360 degrees as she seems.

The good news for her is that she will succeed in making her eyes bigger thanks to orthosis; the bad news is that it will end up making a big gap between her words and deeds in future years... ( ´ิ(ꈊ) ´ิ)
