Yes, our car was frozen.. :( its to cold in germany!

Yes there was a couple years ago i came from shopping with my friends and our car is broken down we manager to tow by other car till petrol station otherwise we should have paid fifty thousands as a fine. I called my repairman who came with his tool to fix it I remembered it was a clutch which was broke and I was waiting until the traffic was easy before we went at home so next day i went to pay this spare parts to replace it before to use it properly. bye
